What we collect
Demo requests and enquiries: your name, email address, organisation and anything you write in your message when you use a form on this site.
Mailing list: your name and email address if you choose to sign up for news and updates.
Cookies and usage data: technical information such as pages visited, browser and device type, collected through cookies. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or demo request, and to arrange and follow up on demos (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract).
To send you news and updates, only if you have opted in (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us).
To understand how the site is used and improve it (your consent, given through the cookie banner).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, email marketing and analytics) and Google (Google Workspace for email and storage, and reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo request details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together. We keep mailing list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@monstertheory.world.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
